Our program combines the academic excellence of Cal Poly Pomona’s Teaching Credential Program with ASA’s commitment to student-centered education and innovation. Together, we provide a comprehensive, immersive residency experience that prepares educators to thrive in today’s classrooms.

Eligibility Requirements

To join the Allegiance STEAM Academy Teacher Residency Program, candidates must:

• Be Accepted and/or Enrolled in Cal Poly Pomona’s Teaching Credential Program
  Our partnership ensures a seamless integration of coursework and practical experience.

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
  Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree or be on track to graduate before starting the program.

• Be Passionate About Education
  We seek individuals who are committed to creating inclusive, equitable, and innovative classrooms.
