A former school counselor and administrator, Jacob brings a deep understanding of both academic and social-emotional development, helping schools design programs that nurture the whole child. His leadership is guided by a passion for expanding access to high-quality, inclusive education that prepares students for success in college, career, and life.

As a father of four children who have all attended charter schools, Jacob’s commitment to public school choice is personal as well as professional. He combines firsthand family experience with strategic vision to advance excellence and opportunity in public education.
